If you are a lessee and you are unhappy with the management service you are receiving you can now apply for the right to manage your own block.

Provided you qualify under the act you can get together with the other lessees in the block and serve a formal notice on your landlord informing them that you will be taking over the management affairs of the block.Most lessees will qualify under the act.
