We will be delighted to assist you in a quick ground rent sale but you need to be in a position to procedd with a fast sale. In order for a quick sale to proceed you should have served section 5 notices without hearing from the lessees and have the paperwork ready to send out to one of our buyers. We often have vendors that want a quick sale but are not in a position to sell because they do not have the necessary paperwork.

A quick call to your solicitor would be heloful. Ask them if a buyer turns up at their offices today are they in a position to complete the sale unconditionally? if the answer is yes then we can arrange for a completion to take place when a sale is agreed.
